Calculate Recruiting Bonus

Your agents can be your best recruiters.  Their are several franchises where paying agents for recruiting other agents is the whole focus of their business.  I don't agree that it should be the focus, but it is certainly valuable in this market to retain top agents and recruit new agents (at lower splits).  You can reward agents for performance without having to pay bigger splits.  

Lucero Summit now easily tracks the performance and calculates the rewards.  

Try this out;  Access an agents record that has had good sales production in the last few months, find the "Recruited by" field and select your name from the drop down, enter a "Bonus Expires" for some date in the future, close the agent record and browser. (There are some differences between Prudential Affiliates and other companies from this point on.)

Now, to calculate your agent's recruiting bonus, go to Reports>Agent Reports>Sales Reports> Team Builder or Recruiting Production, (selection criteria screen) OK, select a date range going back several months.  DO NOT "Post to income Ledger".  You can play with this all you want.
