Stay in touch, Stay in touch, Stay in touch!

Constantly staying in touch with agents' customers and prospects is one major key to your agents' success in real estate sales. Of course, Lucero Summit provides you many tools to help you do this on the agents' behalf.

It may be easy to overlook the Lucero Summit tools that make it simple to communicate important information to your agents. In the coming weeks, we will provide you with some tips on utilizing the communication features of Lucero Summit.

Here is your first tip:
Did you know that Lucero can automatically create and email a flyer for new listings to all of your agents in advance of their entry into your MLS?

You must have your agents' email addresses in Lucero Summit to use this feature.
1. Enter the appropriate listing data and pictures.
2. Click on the email icon (above commissions tab).
3. Select appropriate recipients.
4. Click OK and they are on their way.

Note: Standard Flyer 1 will be sent. The cost to have a custom flyer template created is $100. If you choose to create a custom template, you can then use it for any listing. To create a custom flyer template, send us a copy of a previously created design you like or start one from scratch.
